  •  a large-scale qualitative and quantitative market research and market segmentation project for a global scientific society

  • a market research project and authoring of a white paper on global views on peer review for a global academic publisher

  • facilitation of focus groups on OA in the Humanities for a global academic publisher

  • brand perspective interviews for a major OA publisher 

  • design and implementation of focus groups for a learned society

  • new product research via international telephone depth interviews for a large global scientific publisher

  • platform development research via international telephone and online interviews for a major university press

  • qualitative research via focus groups with authors and early career researchers to inform a large international publisher's author offering. The design was rolled out for focus groups held in the US and China

  • depth Interviews with librarians and researchers for an international major university press carrying out research into the launch of new online products​
